A 7.5-magnitude earthquake, the strongest one to hit Taiwan in a quarter of a century, caused major disruptions and fatalities across the island nation. In addition to the loss of lives and infrastructure, the earthquake has also disrupted the chip supply chain, with TSMC being forced to evacuate some factory personnel.

Will this translate into production delays and price hikes?

Well, its too early to say that, but the good news is that the chipmaker confirmed that the workers are safe, and initial inspections revealed no major damage.

    We have seen tiny GaN 67W bricks from Xiaomi and other brands, but now the smartphone maker is reportedly going to release a faster and smaller 120W charging brick for consumers very soon.


    For comparison, look at the difference between the regular 67W charger and the 67W GaN charger from Xiaomi. Expect the upcoming 120W charger to be as compact as this one.

    A leakster has recently disclosed the Huawei P70 Artā€™s camera module components, confirming the rumored back panel design. The design is even more distinctive than the previous generationā€™s "Island design," featuring an irregular shape that ensures unmatched industry recognition. The triple camera setup maintains the triangular layout seen in the standard and Pro versions.

    Note that the launch event for the phone was cancelled recently. The latest rumors suggest that there might not be a traditional launch event for the device. Instead, a pioneer program will allow access to the upcoming flagship.
