Apple‘s long-rumored entry into the foldable phone market may be drawing closer. A recent report suggests the company is in the final stages of selecting a display supplier for its anticipated foldable iPhone.

While Samsung and Google have already released multiple foldable phones, the Cupertino giant has remained patient with its foldable iPhone. However, behind-the-scenes work appears to be steadily ongoing.

The Indian smartphone market saw a major shift in 2024, with Samsung losing its leading position to vivo, according to the latest report from Counterpoint Research.

Vivo captured 19% of total shipments, while Xiaomi followed closely with 17%, pushing Samsung to third place.
