Anyway, here’s your update on what happened in the tech world yesterday.

April is expected to be a really interesting month for tech, with a bunch of launches slated in the next few weeks. We have already compiled a list of the top phones launching in the next four weeks which you can read here. 

These were some of the top headlines!

  • Nothing Phone 3 is coming soon and we’ve got some juicy details on the chip that’ll power the device. A report states that the phone will feature the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3, the same chip that is expected to power devices like the Redmi Turbo 3.

  • The Xiaomi SU7 is all the rage right now, and excited customers are flocking to Xiaomi Auto stores across the country.
    What really shocked us was the dedication of the enthusiasts who waited until 3 AM to test drive this EV.

    Speaking of dedication, did we mention how the customers will have to wait up to 7 months for its delivery?

  • Poco has released the hyperOS update schedule for its devices in the coming months. Models like the Poco F4, Poco M4 Pro, Poco C65 are confirmed, along with a bunch of other mid-range and budget offerings. Check out the entire list of confirmed models getting the hyperOS update here.

  • Apple is about to drop support for many old generation iPads starting with iPadOS 18. Back in February, rumors surfaced suggesting that the iPadOS 18 won’t come to the A10X Fusion-based iPads.

    A new report reveals further adds the 6th generation iPad, the 2nd generation 12.9-inch iPad Pro, and the first generation 10.5-inch iPad Pro will indeed not receive the iPadOS 18 update.

  • The OnePlus Nord CE 4 is finally available for global markets. It has the same design as the OnePlus Ace 3 but packs a few different specifications. It starts at Rs 24,999 for the base 8GB + 128GB variant, whereas the 8GB + 256GB option costs Rs 26,999 in India.

  • Forget about hand gestures, Microsoft has its tongue out at Apple!

    It’s been a while since Apple unveiled the Vision Pro, running on VisionOS.
    While VisionOS boasts impressive in-air hand controls, Microsoft’s patent is proposing a whole new input method – tongue gestures. Okay, we may not actually be ready for this gen gesture technology!
