Not too long ago, a 5,000mAh battery was the gold standard for Android phones. It was enough to get you through a full day, or maybe even two, and anything bigger usually meant lugging around a chunky slab or sacrificing other hardware.

But 2025 has flipped that script. We’re now seeing phones from multiple manufacturers packing 7,000mAh batteries, and sometimes even more, thanks to improvements in battery tech.

From Realme’s latest flagships to Poco’s oversized endurance champ, here are the top phones you can get with a large battery.

The Apple Vision Pro, a mixed reality headset, went official in February 2024.

Rival brand Samsung officially confirmed during its recent earnings report that it will release an XR-capable headset dubbed Project Moohan, running Android XR, this year.

Now, Vivo’s Product Manager has released an official statement that its mixed reality headset, named Vivo Vision, is also in the works.

The Oppo Reno series has always struck a balance between style and substance. The Oppo Reno 14 5G carries that legacy forward, offering advanced imaging, a large battery with fast charging, and a capable chipset in a slim, elegant profile.

Having used it for a while, we can say you will not feel short-changed by choosing this over the Reno 14 Pro 5G. It is a well-engineered all-rounder with a strong emphasis on AI-powered photography and everyday usability.

Huawei launched its flagship Mate 70 series back in November last year, and as you can expect, the Mate 80 series is in the works.

The Mate 70 series is powered by Huawei’s allegedly 7nm-based Kirin 9020 chip, and the upcoming Mate flagships are expected to use the next-generation Kirin — not the latest flagship Snapdragon or Dimensity chips based on the most efficient process nodes to date.

And this is where the latest leak comes in.

In 2025, several top-tier smartphones have launched exclusively in China and other global markets, with no official plans for US release.

These devices often feature advanced cameras, foldable displays, satellite connectivity, and high-speed charging.

Brands like Xiaomi, Huawei, Honor, Vivo, and Oppo continue to push smartphone design and innovation beyond what’s available in the US market. Here’s a look at some of the most powerful and feature-packed smartphones that the US is missing out on.
