Over the past few years, Xiaomi has partnered with Disney to release Disney branded Civi smartphones in China.

The Civi series has always focused on catering to a younger audience with a youthful style and solid camera capabilities.

So far, the company has released two Disney branded Civi 3 smartphones: the 100th Anniversary Edition and the Strawberry Bear Edition.

It looks like the Civi 4 Pro, which was announced a couple of months ago, will also get a special Disney Princess Edition.

HMD Global has launched the Nokia 3210 (2024), a reboot of the classic model from 25 years ago, now featuring modern updates.

This release follows closely after HMD Global introduced three other Nokia feature phones—Nokia 215, 225, and 235—priced between €59 and €79. The Nokia 3210 (2024) shares many specifications with these models but stands out with its nostalgic design and unique color choices: Grunge Black, Y2K Gold, and Subba Blue.

DxOMark’s relevance might have dropped over the past few years. But yesterday, it was announced that Huawei‘s Pura 70 Ultra has been crowned the king of mobile cameras by DXOMark, achieving a record-breaking score of 163. According to their camera review, the phone’s camera module thrives in various shooting conditions, excelling indoors, outdoors, and in all lighting situations.

Sharge has launched a crowdfunding campaign via Kickstarter for the Shargeek 140 portable power bank. The new compact power bank is capable of delivering a total maximum output of 140W when charging two devices simultaneously.

Last month, it was reported that a CMF smartphone with model number A015 surfaced on BIS. Now, a new report citing industry sources reveals key details about the sub-brand’s first smartphone. It could be an even toned-down version of the Nothing Phone (2a) specs-wise. 

Google previously poked fun at iPhones for lacking the visual search functionality provided by Circle to Search. However, a very similar feature is now arriving on iPhones, thanks to iOS Shortcuts and Google Lens. Users of the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max can easily activate the visual search feature through the action button.

The Google Pixel 8a landed in India in two options, 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB. The variants are priced at Rs 52,999 and Rs 59,999, respectively. In comparison, in the US, the device is priced at around $499, which is the same as the starting price of the Pixel 7a, which debuted last year.

Now that the price of the Pixel A-series has breached the Rs 50,000 mark in India, it can no longer be considered a mid-tier offering. Several alternatives offer much better specs than the Pixel 8a.

Hisense Vidda has unveiled two new members of the C2 series: the C2 Ultimate Edition and C2S, both 4K three-color laser projectors. These projectors come with impressive brightness.

The C2 Ultimate Edition boasts a 1700 CVIA national standard brightness, while the C2S takes it a step further with 2000 CVIA. Interestingly, both are claimed to compete with projectors from other brands that have higher brightness ratings.
