Honor’s first phone in the Power lineup is now official in China.
Dubbed (of course) the Honor Power, its headline feature is a massive 8000mAh battery. That’s an insane capacity for a smartphone! The company even claims that it features a larger battery than the iPad Air (2025)—29.6Wh compared to 28.93Wh.
This is all thanks to silicon-carbon battery technology which has greater energy density than conventional lithium batteries.

 Xiaomi is making another move toward controlling more of the silicon inside its smartphones. According to a new report from China, the company has established a dedicated chip platform department within its mobile phone product division. The team will be led by Qin Muyun, a former Qualcomm senior director, who will directly report to Lei Jun, the founder and CEO of Xiaomi. |  Motorola has just unveiled the Edge 60 Stylus in the Indian market, which as the name suggests, is one of the few devices that comes with a dedicated stylus.
