Apple has been a market leader in the smartwatch segment for a while now. But the Cupertino-based giant has finally been dethroned. In a surprising turn, Huawei has managed to surpass Apple to become the world’s biggest smartwatch manufacturer.

According to a report from IDC, the Chinese brand managed to surpass Apple from Q1 to Q3 in 2024. Huawei managed to secure a market share of 16.9 percent in these 9 months.

Samsung is preparing to unveil its much-anticipated Galaxy S25 series, and the leaks just keep coming! Among the lineup, a new model—the Galaxy S25 Slim—is generating buzz for its slick design and impressive specifications.

While official confirmation from Samsung is still pending, rumors suggest the company will host its next Unpacked event on January 22, 2025, to debut the Galaxy S25 lineup.

Honor is set to unveil the Magic 7 RSR Porsche Design at a launch event on December 23 at 2:00 PM.

Ahead of the official launch, the brand has also confirmed that the device features the industry’s first 100x AI super-telephoto camera. This technology promises exceptional clarity at both close and long-range distances.

Xiaomi has launched a limited-edition Burgundy Red version of its Mini Bluetooth Speaker to mark the Chinese New Year.

The Burgundy Red speaker combines practical features with a festive design. It delivers 360° sound using a 3-unit acoustic design with symmetrical full-range speakers, ensuring balanced audio for all-around listening. The speaker is built to withstand tough conditions with an IP67 rating, making it dustproof and water-resistant—ideal for outdoor activities.

OnePlus is set to launch its Ace 5 series in China on December 26, introducing the OnePlus Ace 5 and Ace 5 Pro models.

Following the Chinese release, the Ace 5 is expected to be rebranded as the OnePlus 13R for global and Indian markets, with the global launch of the OnePlus 13 series scheduled for January 7. The OnePlus Ace 5 series will support Dolby Vision video playback, enhancing video quality for an immersive viewing experience.
