Huawei’s HarmonyOS software has passed a new shipping milestone, according to a report by research firm Canalys. The Chinese tech company has reportedly shipped over 100 million HarmonyOS-powered smartphones since the platform rollout in 2019.

To be exact, the actual figure is 103 million phones by the end of 2024. Out of which, Huawei sold 46 million HarmonyOS handhelds in 2024 alone. These numbers suggest that despite limited international reach, Huawei has a strong domestic presence.

The Tecno Pova Curve 5G entered the competitive sub-Rs 20,000 segment with a focus on design and display, offering a curved AMOLED screen, a slim profile, and a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Ultimate chipset.

Priced at Rs. 15,999 (~$200) for the 6GB+128GB variant, it aims to attract buyers looking for a premium feel without breaking the bank.

But does it deliver where it matters?

Let’s break it down.

Xiaomi may equip its upcoming flagship and sub-flagship smartphones with new Real RGB OLED displays, according to a leak shared by tipster Digital Chat Station.

The 2K Real RGB OLED panels are expected to enter mass production in September and could debut with the Xiaomi 16 and Redmi K90 series.

These panels use a full RGB sub-pixel layout, allowing each red, green, and blue sub-pixel to emit light independently. This structure differs from the commonly used PenTile arrangement.

Vivo has released a couple of high-resolution images of the Vivo X Fold 5 foldable phone, which is set to launch on June 25 in China.

Additionally, one of the posters shared by the brand mentions all the key features of the device that the company has officially confirmed so far. It also confirms that it packs the largest battery on a foldable phone. Here’s a look at the details shared by the brand.

Here we have the brand-new HUAWEI Pura 80 Pro+, I am sure you still remember the Pura 70 Ultra which has a retractable lens.

Well, on the Pura 80 series, it’s gone. But the new series comes with a groundbreaking lens structure inside, along with some new camera features.

We are lucky enough to have it (China version) right after the launch event; now let’s take a first look.
